That’s lovely and your tips are really useful.
I’ve been put off trying this as I feared it would be weird to walk on, but the way you did it, with just a couple of lines you’ve got maximum impact with minimum rough paint. Very clever!

I really like the design & I would of never thought to paint a rug. DIY & creating something unique is always fun.
